About Jun
I have over 7 years of physiotherapy experience across hospital, neurological, sports, aged care, hydrotherapy and community settings. I currently support older adults, NDIS and Home Care Package clients, neurological and post-operative clients, as well as people working on strength, balance and mobility.
I commonly support clients with weakness, deconditioning, falls risk, reduced mobility and neurological conditions, helping them improve their strength, balance, confidence and independence through progressive exercise and functional training. I believe physiotherapy should be individualised, realistic and goal-focused, using consistent and progressive challenges while adapting the program to each client’s abilities, needs and interests.
I am a calm, practical and approachable physiotherapist who combines clinical knowledge with an evidence-based approach. I prioritise building trust so clients feel comfortable expressing their needs and confident in their abilities.
Over 7 years, I have supported people across different settings to improve their physical abilities, achieve meaningful goals and regain confidence. For me, seeing a client live a more active and fulfilling life is the most rewarding outcome. I find it incredibly rewarding to see clients achieve their goals, maintain independence and enjoy a better quality of life.
My clients become stronger, steadier and more confident, allowing them to manage daily activities more independently and participate more comfortably in their homes and communities. Outside of work, I enjoy running, gym training and playing men’s basketball, keeping active and continuing my passion for sport and fitness.
