Who may be suitable

Upward is a strong fit for clients who:

  • Need support with mobility, strength, balance, coordination or falls risk

  • Are older adults using a Home Care Package or Support at Home funding

  • Are NDIS participants with functional goals around movement, independence or participation

  • Are recovering from surgery, illness or a hospital stay

  • Live with persistent pain that limits daily activity

  • Would benefit from exercise-based rehabilitation rather than passive treatment

  • Find clinic travel difficult, tiring or impractical

If you are unsure whether a client fits, ask us before referring. A two-minute conversation is better than a mismatched referral.
